Need a place to leave your chinchilla while on holiday? Need to rehome your chinchilla?
We offer a holiday service for chinchilla owners who need a dependable person to look after their pets. It has proved very successful. Here your chinnie coming and going. My eldest will share our home with two boys. One dog and one cat both of whom are well used to chinchillas son age nine has chinchillas and rabbits of his own and is well able to help with all aspects of chinchillas welfare.
There is a small charge for this service. Please ask for quote. Charge depends on size of cage and the space it will take up.
When you bring your chinchilla you must bring it's own cage, toys, food supply and a written list of it's likes and dislikes and also a time schedule of what time your furry friend/s are fed and allowed out to play. This ensures as little upset as possible for your chinchilla/s who don't take kindly to change.
We give excellent care and attention in all aspects of their likes, dislikes, playtime etc. Your chinchilla must be in good health, and not due to have a litter. In the event of your chinchilla dying while in our care we will not be held responsible. Should your chinchilla need vet treatment/care while here you will be responsible for the account which will need paid.
Please try to book well in advance as it is becoming a well used service now. Owner must bring and collect their own chinchilla. * email for details and mark subject line as HOLIDAY HOME.
* or of course phone 7519489574 6-10pm for further details and a quote.
We can only take six cages at a time so please book early

Need your chinchilla rehomed? Many people, through no choice of their own, find their circumstances have changed and they can no longer keep their chinchilla/s. Don't feel bad, it does happen sometimes. I fully understand that.
Contact me to find a new home for your chinchilla. I have a few NCS friends throughout UK, Also contacts in US and Canada who can help if I cannot. Just send details in an email and I will reply asp.
I will be making up a full list of rescue centres I know and will add to a page soon. If you run a centre please get in touch if you wish to be added to this list. We have now a new rehome/rescue centre in Lincoln UK added to our list . Email for details if you need help. will give you the phone number.
To all who wish to buy a rehome or rescue chinchilla.
You will now have to sign an agreement to say you
*will not breed with the chinchilla/s. This is to stop possible bad breeding traits being carried on to offsprings. ie: tooth problems, genetic disease, difficult births. bad temperament.
*agree to keep the chinchilla/s and not pass it on to another owner without prior agreement from the previous owner. It is grossly unfair to a rescue chincillas to pass them about like a parcel.
I also do a check on the new prospective owner if I don't know them to make sure they know enough about chinnies by reading up on them before buying one of the rehomes. At the moment I have a few for adoption. call or email for details.
**** one rehome due for rehome soon ***** 3 year old female standard:: two six month old females. HOWEVER both pregnant!!! as they are far too young and ay risk, they will not be released til babies born.
You will, as always have to sigh my disclaimer for this chinchilla. I know nothing about her history therefore cannot be deamed responsible for any disease or illness at a later date, any vet expences incurred will be your responsibility
enquiries to Aileen please kingdomchinchillas@hotmail.com
If you wish to have a link added here with your rehome/rescue centre please note* you must be NCS registered. You must also satisfy our requiements of being able to cope with emergencies. **This is imperative** I also need to meet you, ask a good lot of questions to ensure you do know how to run a centre and also know a lot about chinchillas to allow you to cope with any emergencies.
